Pick from 1 to 5 Scoops. The more scoops you choose, the more bundle rewards and discounts you get.
2. Tell us about your cat and your preferences
Let us know whether you own a cat and whether you would like cat snacks included, as well as your preferred colours and likes!
3. If you wish, purchase a video add-on to see your order scooped and packed with love and little chaos :D
4. Open your haul
Every bead wins a random prize. Some beads are common, some are rare, and some unlock extra special wins.

All scoops are random. You can request your preferred colours and we will do our very best to deliver what you love most. Items, colours, styles and designs may vary from photos, videos and your previous orders.
Cat snacks are optional. If you select cat snacks, please check packaging, ingredients and feeding guidance before giving them to your cat.
Pet-friendly environment: Our scoops are prepared in a pet-friendly environment, so please keep this in mind if you have allergies or sensitivities.
Returns: This is a FINAL sale offer. Due to the random nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges simply because you received different random items than expected- It's all part of the fun. This does not affect your statutory rights if something arrives faulty or damaged. We record our packaging process to limit any misunderstandings.

Are all scoops random?
Yes. Every scoop is randomly prepared, and the items you receive may vary from photos, videos and previous orders.
Can I choose my prizes?
No. The fun of the scoop is the mystery. You can choose how many scoops you buy and whether cat snacks are included, but the exact items are random.
Can I exclude cat snacks?
Yes. Please select “No cat snacks” when ordering. This is useful for allergies, dietary needs, gifts, kittens or cats with sensitive stomachs.
What if I do not own a cat?
That is okay. You can select that you do not own a cat, or that the order is a gift. We will pack accordingly where possible.
Are the scoops suitable as gifts?
Yes. They make lovely gifts for cat lovers, friends, birthdays, care packages and surprise parcels. Gift vouchers are also available.
Are the items refundable?
Because every scoop is random, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges simply because you hoped for different items. This does not affect your statutory rights if something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.

Yes. Our scoops are prepared in a pet-friendly environment, so please keep this in mind if you have allergies or sensitivities.
When do you donate to cat causes?
When you order 4 or 5 Cat Lover Scoops, part of the sale will be donated towards cat shelters, cat cafés or cat-related charities. Donation details may vary and may be shared through our website or social media.
